Faxtech Pty Ltd, trading as Point Trading, has successfully prevented ITL Optronics Ltd and Elbit Systems Limited (NASDAQ: ESLT, TASE: ESLT) from staying the Court proceeding it is running against the two companies in the Federal Court in Australia.
