Leximancer Pty Ltd is an Australian customer experience management and text analytics software development company. Its core technology was created from seven years of research and development at The University of Queensland by Dr Andrew Smith. UniQuest, UQ’s innovation commercialisation company, established Leximancer as a start-up in 2006, raising initial seed capital from a London-based venture capital group in 2007. Leximancer is used by customers around the globe, including the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Denmark, Spain, Sweden, Russia, Norway, Taiwan, Germany and Italy. They use it for market research, defence, government, management consulting, insurance, legal, intelligence, pharmaceuticals and health care.
