Since its inception in 2009, PayFields sole focus has been on developing a truly global payroll system delivered via Microsoft Dynamics AX. Turning traditional payroll development on its head, PayFields has developed a rules engine and framework that revolutionises the way in which geographic localisation and payroll is done. With strong technical background and years of industry experience PayFields team members also do not believe in manual work arounds (a normal occurrence in payroll) so have architected a system from the ground up that allows both for flexibility and payroll complexity while delivering functionality in the simplest way possible.
