Designed after the extremely popular “Skeletool” model, the Leatherman “Freestyle” is more minimal, that is just the essentials – a knife & pliers. Super compact and more lightweight than its big brother, it is the ideal new multi-tool for your pocket.

The first thing you’ll probably notice with the Leatherman “Freestyle” is opening the outside-accessible blade is easy and fast, just like a pocket knife, and the handles can be left closed to access the blade.

When unfolded and using the pliers it becomes clear that when something is engineered correctly, power isn’t a matter of size, but a matter of years of design expertise. The “Freestyle” is great as a simple stand-alone multi-tool or a back up companion for those activity-specific tools that don’t feature pliers or a knife.

Including 420HC stainless steel clip point combo straight/serrated blade, Needlenose & regular pliers, plus wire & hardwire cutters. The body & handle are stainless steel with a Zytel plastic insert for comfort, the blade has a locking feature and there is a removable pocket clip. It measures 8.76 cm (closed) and weighs 127 gms.

The “Freestyle” is the ‘everyday’ tool used in situations where a simple cut, yank, grip or pry is needed.
