General Dynamics Itronix GD6000 HDD 160Gb HDD Upgrade

AvanTECannounce the immediate production release and general availability of the 160GB Hard Disk Drive with Heater for GD6000. The 160GB HDD with heater will replace the 120GB HDD with/without heater and base unit pricing is unchanged.
This upgrade will provide 33% more storage space plus integrated heater at no additional cost and so further improves the position of the GD6000 as the semi-rugged product of choice for demanding field deployed operatives.
This announcement also affects the VR-2 with the availability of the 160GB Hard Disk Drive with Heater and EOL of the 80GB and 120GB HDD spare kits.
