Since 1992 he has worked on implementations, development and project management consulting roles for middle tier companies as well as many high profile multinational companies. Prior to moving to Australia with his previous employer, Francis gained exposure to operating systems, business processes and techniques throughout the Asia Pacfic region in such places as Philippines, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam & Malaysia. He has also implemented ERP systems in a number of industries such as Pharmaceutical, Automotive, Food & beverage, Insurance, Heavy Industry, Warehousing, Manufacturing etc.
