CRM-Guidebooks - Helping SMB’s select the right CRM for their Business

Announcement posted by CRM-Guidebooks 28 Oct 2010

New service for Australian SMB's

Buying business software can be a complicated and complex process. A typical Small or Medium sized business does not have the resources to consider, review and evaluate over 30 choices available in ANZ.

CRM-Guidebooks is a new service built for SMB’s. Its core service is to understand an SMB’s needs for a CRM system, then match and introduce them to a CRM vendor.

This is achieved by creating “Guidebooks” to help SMB’s through the selection process. There are currently 8 Guidebooks available for download:
Choose the Right Solution
Choose the Right Vendor
Do you need CRM
Needs Checklist
Comparing Cloud with On-site CRM
Guide for Buying the Right CRM
Social CRM
Mobile CRM

As each Guidebook is downloaded, the user is asked some questions that help CRM-Guidebooks evaluate their needs. The website also provides a portal built around CRM issues, such as Cloud CRM and keeps users up to date on trends and breaking news. This includes videos, presentations and hot new products such as Microsoft Dynamics 2011 and the Salesforce.com Winter 11 release.

A typical user is a business person, rather than an IT person. They know a great deal about their business and industry but need more information on different types of CRM and trends like cloud computing.

CRM-Guidebooks is designed to be a free service to help users choose the right CRM. Rather than working through the 30 vendors/solutuionsCRM-Guidebooks will make a recommendation of up to three relevant leading vendors to consider on a short-list. We provide users the resources and information they need through the evaluation process.
