Corporate Telecommunication provider Via IP is expanding their Network Operations with the opening of the new office in Manilla that will enable Via IP to better service the Asian Pacific market and gain a competitive advantage in this growing space.

Sydney, 21/11/2010, Corporate Telecommunication provider Via IP is expanding their Network Operations with the opening of the new office in Manilla that will enable Via IP to better service the Asian Pacific market and gain a competitive advantage in this growing space. By continuing their close alliance with Cisco Systems and based on strict ITIL3 standards, Via IP looks forward to improving service delivery, especially in this multi lingual region.

The opening of the new office is one of the many steps Via IP is taking in fulfilling the company’s vision of being ‘a global provider of IP Services’. The additional resources offered by the Certified Cisco Engineers Network Operations team in the Philippines are stage 2 of providing “Follow the sun” support and will guarantee that customers continue receiving direct and expert support 24x7x365 days a year. The expansion comes shortly after several major Asia Pacific wins, resulting in Via IP becoming the preferred supplier for some key multinational companies.

The Network Operations team in Australia looks forward to expanding the Network Operation team in Manilla.
