Dr Ian Hunt to join DSTi as Head of Global Product Strategy

DST International (DSTi) - the leader in business solutions for the investment management industry - announced today that it has appointed Dr Ian Hunt as Head of Global Product Strategy. Dr Hunt will assume responsibility for DSTi's entire range of 'best of breed' and fully integrated products and will direct the future plans for the products' functionality, including the R&D priorities. Last year DSTi spent 37,000 man-days on R&D out of a total development capacity of 80,000 man-days.
As Head of Global Product Strategy, Dr Hunt will also be responsible for identifying potential acquisition targets if he decides there is a need to buy in products, modules, services or expertise to complement the existing DSTi range.
