The Attachmate Group Names New Leadership Team Following Novell Acquisition in Asia Pacific

AUSTRALIA – 24 May 2011 – The Attachmate Group today announced a new executive leadership team across its global business units, with the appointment of Boris Ivancic as vice president and general manager for Asia Pacific. In his expanded role, Ivancic will be responsible for driving customer success and developing market opportunities for Attachmate, NetIQ, Novell and SUSE across Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Japan and Singapore.
The appointment of Ivancic as VP and general manager for Asia Pacific comes as The Attachmate Group announces its new global executive leadership team structure.

• Nils Brauckmann, President and General Manager, SUSE
Supporting the business objectives for these businesses in Asia Pacific, Ivancic and his seasoned set of leaders from across the Novell, SUSE, NetIQ and Attachmate business units.
Boris Ivancic has been with Attachmate since 1999 and, in his previous role of General Manager for Asia Pacific, was responsible for all Attachmate and NetIQ activities in the Asia Pacific region, including Australia, New Zealand, China, India, and Singapore.
