Case closed – Occupational Rehabilitation managers gain instant access to case closure data
iinsight rehabilitation practice management solution introduces its new ‘Closure Statistics Reports’, designed to help OR managers evaluate team performance and comply with statutory reporting requirements.
Government bodies such as Comcare, WorkCover and WorkSafe require ongoing data regarding the case closure performance of occupational rehabilitation providers.
This information is used to evaluate the relative performance of rehabilitation providers, as well as the benefits of various ‘return to work’ programs.
Reporting requirement are simplified however, with the introduction of iinsight’s new range of Closure Statistics Reports for Employees, Employers and Referrers.
