WorkSafe-compliant Return to Work report now available through iinsight

Fulfilling WorkSafe Victoria’s ‘Return to Work’ (RTW) reporting requirements is trouble-free with occupational rehabilitation practice management solution provider, iinsight.

“We’ve created the new RTW report in response to what our clients told us they needed,” said Renato Parletta, Managing Director of iinsight. “And whilst it was prompted by the new reporting demands imposed by WorkSafe Victoria, the RTW report contains important information that would be of real interest to occupation rehabilitation providers nationwide.”

The RTW report collates information regarding return to work trends, and can be generated for a specified time period or work group. It also compiles case complexity data, employer categories and transaction dates and activity timelines.

“To satisfy WorkSafe Victoria’s requirements, we introduced a new data field to iinsight, called Employer Categories,” said Mr Parletta. “This captures whether the employer is a small, medium, large or government employer.”

iinsight has also recently introduced an online help desk, enabling users to log and track support requests.

“At iinsight, we’re proactive about delivering what our clients need our practice management solution to do,” said Mr Parletta. “We always encourage our clients to make suggestions about functionality enhancements and the new online help desk is another forum where they can do this.”

All suggestions are carefully considered for inclusion in subsequent product updates.
