Regency Solar customers surveyed with 70% positive feedback.

Regency Solar achieves 70% customer satisfaction from their latest customer survey. Consumers rated Regency Solar’s Customer Service in a survey, which over one thousand of their customers were given last month.

“At Regency Solar, we believe in maintaining the highest quality standards of customer service,” says Director Darren Johannesen.” We know that our customers have taken time out of their busy schedules to try to help our company improve,” says Johannesen, “therefore their feedback is greatly appreciated and indicates their willingness to stay connected with our team.”

Consumer feedback surveys are essential to assess the effectiveness of a business, Johannesen confirms, “it not only helps our company develop but makes future customer’s dealings with our company more enjoyable.”
