Computer Troubleshooters names StorageCraft 2011 Vendor of the Year

Nick Roche, National Director of Computer Troubleshooters Australia, said the award resulted from an annual satisfaction survey of his company’s 90 franchises nationwide. Globally Computer Troubleshooters has almost 500 franchises in 27 countries.

“We ask them to vote based on a range of criteria, focused mainly on the reliability and quality of support,” said Nick. “StorageCraft were deserved winners, thanks to their responsiveness backed by a great deal of face-to-face support.  I believe there should be far more of this type of quality support across the industry.”
