ANZ Channel Partners Take Home Interactive Intelligence Regional Asia Pacific Awards



Interactive Intelligence (Nasdaq: ININ), a global provider of unified IP business communications solutions, has awarded its most prestigious Asia Pacific regional channel awards for 2011 to key Australian and New Zealand partners.
 
Interactive Intelligence evaluated award entries using a variety of criteria including technical and sales certifications, product competencies, year-over-year growth, achievements against measurable objectives in areas such as software revenue percentage of new business earned January 1 to December 31 2011 as well as partners' overall commitment to Interactive Intelligence.
 
CPS Technology Group, an Australian owned, ISO-certified innovator and provider of integrated contact centre, unified messaging and cloud solutions won Interactive Intelligence’s best performing partner in terms of revenue achievement.  The company took home the Interactive Intelligence Highest Software Revenue Award for 2011.
 
“CPS Technology Group were outstanding in being able to effectively communicate the value of our solutions to a variety of vertical markets.  In addition, they provided a platform for national reach and support and secured flagship contract wins such as Essential Energy where they were selected as a strategic partner to deliver a new IP telephony platform, contact centre and managed services solution,” said Brendan Maree, ANZ Managing Director, Interactive Intelligence.  
 
New Zealand-based Amtel Communications took home the award for Best Support Partner for its outstanding service and technical excellence in support of the public and private sector Interactive Intelligence user community.
 
Finally, Communications Australia was awarded Rookie Partner of the Year.  This award recognises new Interactive Intelligence partners which have achieved the highest revenue against annual quota.
