SugarCRM helps businesses re-imagine its sales process



SugarCRM hosts two CRM Acceleration seminars exploring the convergence of sales and marketing

Sydney, Australia – 30 May 2012 – SugarCRM, the world’s fastest growing customer relationship management (CRM) company, today announced it will host two CRM Acceleration seminars aimed at helping businesses become more market driven and customer-centric by re-imagining its sales and marketing processes.  The seminars will be hosted in Perth (12 June) and Brisbane (14 June).

Tony Hughes, SugarCRM’s Managing Director in ANZ and acclaimed author will lead the two seminars that will address current trends impacting businesses, specifically the convergence of sales and marketing along with the opportunities derived from CRM and other technologies.

“Many business leaders understand the need for customers to be at the core of how they operate yet few have successfully made themselves truly customer-centric. There is also a real opportunity for their Customer Service and Marketing teams to drive new revenue streams,” Hughes said.

Hughes adds, “The seminars will offer businesses insight into how social media and the proliferation of mobile devices are changing the way customer relationships are being managed. Most businesses recognise the need to incorporate social and mobile into their CRM strategies, but there still exists a wide gap between awareness and implementation. The first 150 attendees at each event will receive a copy of Tony Hughes’s acclaimed book, The Joshua Principle.

In addition to the CRM Acceleration seminars being hosted in Perth and Brisbane, there will be several others in various cities across the Asia Pacific including Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Bangalore, Mumbai and New Delhi.  These events will offer businesses a chance to learn, network and exchange ideas with industry thought leaders, SugarCRM executives and SugarCRM partners. It will also provide hands-on demonstrations of SugarCRM and partner technology integrations with IBM, JasperSoft, Act-On and Zendesk.
