ViewSonic triumphs at Computex Taipei 2012

Computex awards ViewSonic including Australian-bound TD2220 “Touch and Connect” display

Sydney, Australia, June 19, 2012 – ViewSonic Corp., a leading global provider of computing, consumer electronics and communications solutions, was a smash hit at this year’s Computex Taipei, the largest computer exhibition in Asia.

The theme of “Touch and Connect” brings together diverse and innovative new products including a 22-inch connected Smart Display, a 23-inch Universal Display, a series of digitizer displays, ultra-high resolution LED displays, interactive digital signage products and a series of business projectors.

ViewSonic received a number of awards at Computex Taipei 2012 including:

- Best Innovation: TD2220 - 22-inch Windows 8 multi-touch display which will be arriving in Australia towards the end of the year

- Best of Computex 2012: VP3280-LED - 31.5-inch LED backlit display with amazing ultra-high resolution

- Computex organisers also awarded ViewSonic 'top 30 most-inquired supplier from Computex.biz' in 2011-2012

At this stage, the TD2220 22-inch Windows 8 multi-touch display is confirmed to arrive in Australia late 2012. More on the new ViewSonic products showcased at Computex Taipei 2012, slated for Australia, will be communicated as information comes to hand.
