The Best Places to Work survey, run by the Great Places to Work Institute is an employee-based survey where individual employees are able to answer questions around workplace culture, policies and company benefits. There is a large focus on behaviours that foster trust, credibility and fairness across the organization.

There are also more opened ended questions where management can share insights into the company’s philosophies and practices around things like hiring, employee development, communication and the way celebration is included in culture.
