Readify simplify the development process for Charm Health
Charm Health is Australia's leading supplier of specialist electronic medical record and clinical information systems.
Prior to engaging Readify, Charm Health had been working on the delivery of a substantial electronic health platform for two years and were experiencing some challenges with the project.
Charm Health initially engaged Readify to assist with implementing agile software development practices and since then the relationship has grown, with Readify now forming a core part of the software development capability at Charm Health.
Readify is a Microsoft Gold Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) competency partner and the initial engagement involved conducting an ALM workshop with the Charm Health team. This workshop focused on Team Driven Development, User Stories and Requirements Gathering, and providing guidance on Team Foundation Services Lab Manager.
As Charm Health embraced ALM, Readify managed their change process through enabling Scrum Methodology, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery using tools including Team Foundation Server.
Readify has taken the role as Scrum Master in the development team at Charm Health and continue to mentor the team through workshops to become a self-sufficient and healthy agile software development team.
