UXC Announces Acquisition of Tripoint Online Pty Ltd
Sydney, 4 September 2012 – UXC Limited is pleased to announce that wholly owned subsidiary Red Rock Consulting Pty Ltd (Red Rock) has completed the acquisition of the business of Tripoint Online Pty Ltd (Tripoint), cementing Red Rock as the leading local managed service provider covering the Oracle stack.
Tripoint is a leading provider of online managed services solutions for applications through to servers and storage. The company, predominately based around Oracle’s PeopleSoft Application stack, has achieved great success with blue chip organisations. Red Rock will fold the Tripoint business into its existing Managed Services Practice extending the capability to cover a greater breadth of Oracle Applications as well as increasing its depth in the middleware, databases and infrastructure managed services space. The combined managed services team will be led by Gerry Williams, General Manager - Support & Managed Services.
