Veneziano’s Bond Street Espresso Awarded Best in Australia

Golden Bean Roast Festival & Awards
Veneziano Coffee Roasters had another very successful result at the weekend’s Golden Bean roaster awards held at Caloundra on the Sunshine Coast, including a gold medal for the coveted espresso category for its seasonal Bond Street blend.
Bond Street is a unique blend created by the roasting team at Veneziano, a team that includes the likes of Australia’s current barista champion Craig Simon, prepared from the finest single origin microlots. The blend changes each season as new green beans are released from around the world.
The medal wins bring Veneziano’s medal tally to 32 for various roaster awards since 2004. The Golden Bean roaster awards are particularly significant because the results are determined by coffee industry peers.
Veneziano’s weekend’s results were:
Gold - Category 1 Espresso (Bond Street blend)
Silver - Category 9 Chain Milk Based (Nashi)
Bronze - Category 10 Chain Espresso (Nashi)
Overall - Coffee Chain Winner: Nashi (by Veneziano Coffee Roasters)
Bronze - Category 7 Decaffeinated (Latte)
