Samsung XE500 ATIV Smart PC (without Keyboard Dock) is a two-in-one tablet cum PC of the ATIV series and allows diverse computing. It is now available for purchase from MobiCity, Australia's premier online mobile phone and tablet store.
The powerful PC looks like a regular tablet but comes with a bigger screen than most around these days. It models an 11.6-inch HD LED display that offers a resolution of 1366 x 768 pixels and supports multitouch. The big display of the XE500 not only gives a roomier home screen, but also delivers an incredible experience during movie playback and gaming by employing its built-in HD SGX545 graphics processing unit.
Samsung XE500 ATIV Smart PC is powered by Microsoft's latest 32-bit Windows 8 operating system (the same for computers). It comes with support for all Microsoft tools and services including Windows Store where users can download apps, updates and games. The device consists of a Dual-core 1.8GHz Intel Atom processor and 2GB DDR2 RAM, making it an efficient multitasker.
The Smart PC features a 64GB hard disk to store data, multimedia and apps. A 2.0 Megapixels HD web camera is also available on the front and is great for video conferencing.
