Melbourne, 29th April 2013– Pivot3, a leading supplier of virtual desktop infrastructure (VDI) serverless storage appliances, announced on the 22nd April  that Network Products Guide, a leading technology research and advisory guide, has named the Pivot3 vSTAC VDI R2 appliance a finalist for the 8th Annual 2013 Hot Companies and Best Products Awards in the Storage Solutions category. These industry and peer awards from Network Products Guide are the world's premier information technology awards honouring achievements and recognitions in every facet of the IT industry. Winners will be honoured in Las Vegas on Tuesday, May 7, 2013 during the eighth annual dinner and presentations.
