Edimax EW-7822UAC Awarded “Editor’s Choice” by PCMag.com

Edimax Technology’s USB 3.0 dual-band 802.11ac wireless adapter, the first of its kind in the world, was the recipient of a glowing endorsement and an “Editor’s Choice” distinction from popular computer hardware and software reviewer PCMag.com.
Described as an “impressive adapter” with “blazing throughput”, PCMag.com credited the EW-7822UAC with an “excellent” score of 4.5 out of 5. An easy setup process, high-performance design and super-high speeds in a “harsh testing environment” were all the subject of praise for the industry-leading product which sets a new global standard for Wi-Fi adapters. Approximately 10 times faster than the current USB 2.0 standard which specifies a maximum speed of 480Mbps and severely restricts 802.11ac data rates, USB 3.0 is the future of connectivity and the dual-band Edimax EW-7822UAC is currently the only Wi-Fi available adapter to offer both USB 3.0 and 802.11ac connectivity.
