(Australia, Oct. 31, 2013)—There’s an old adage that says first impressions make lasting impressions, but magician Simon Paxton, says his upcoming performance Tuesday, Nov. 12 at Elio’s Osteria, will not only leave a lasting impression, but an unforgettable one too.

Paxton, who has worked with and thrilled crowds at Fox, Cargrill, Sheraton, Harley-Davidson Motor Cycles, Hilton Hotels, and Marriot Hotel Resorts and Suites, said the table-side magic he’ll perform at Elio’s Osteria, will create a unique dining experience unlike anything else in Brisbane.

Famous for its pizza, pasta and calzone-style garlic bread, since 1986 Elio’s has served pizza and pasta to Brisbane’s south side.

Its red lit sidewalk dining has become a local landmark over the years, according to the restaurant’s owners, Paul and Natalie Campbell.

Tuesday, the restaurant owners pointed out, has been dubbed “Magic Night” at Elio’s.

Paxton explained that those who visit Elio’s from 6-8 pm on Tuesday nights from Nov. 12, will be treated to table-side magic.

“Come down and witness miracles performed at your table, right before your very eyes,” said Paxton, who added that his style of entertainment involve demonstrations of magic that will amaze!

“When was the last time you got a card trick with your pizza?” he questioned.

Paxton went on to categorize his table-side magic as magic performed at close quarters that is entertaining for both adults and children alike.

My performances are fun, memorable, and fascinating,” Paxton guaranteed.

Kentaro Tod, who in the past, hired Simon to perform at one of his parties, said he was blown away by Paxton’s performance.

“Simon strolled amongst the guests performing for them at close quarters and it really helped to bring people together and create a buzz in the room,” Tod said.

Isamu Okuta of Okuta.com echoed Tod’s sentiments, saying Paxton’s show, like the upcoming event at Elio’s, is a must see.

“I have never heard any of our groups laugh at any of our meetings or banquets like they did at this one, thanks to Simon Paxton,” Okuta said. “He was really hilarious.”
