Miley wondering streets for 2 hours

Announcement posted by Lost Pet Finders 30 May 2014

Miley, a 5 year old female Collie Kelpie cross was found in two hours by Lost Pet Finders.

Miley, a 5 year old female Collie Kelpie cross slid out under the garage door on her tummy after her owner Gill left the door open to let steam out when the dryer was at her home in Chermside QLD

“When I had noticed she was missing, I drove around all the local streets, I could not find her so I googled lost pets and found Lost Pet Finders.”

“She was found outside a primary school about 2 km away. She was taken to Greencross Vets in Chermside. The vets called me almost immediately after I had placed the missing pet advert which was fantastic.

“We only moved here recently from NSW. Since this incident, I have now registered her with Brisbane Council, along with her microchip information. I also got a new dog tag with her name and my contact number on it. So much to think about when you move. In the end it was only the information sent out on the Lost Pet Finders Alert service that re-united us. It is a great service and the outcome was an excellent result for me and my family in such a short amount of time.
