First Australian University to deploy Incident Reporting
Argus Global has installed its iTrak incident reporting and risk management solution at Macquarie University in Sydney, Australia, making it the first post-secondary school in Australia to use the system.

With iTrak already being used at several universities in the United States, Argus and partner iView Systems have been working hard to expand iTrak’s reach into the Australian market.
Currently, iTrak is being used in Massey, O’Tago, Canterbury and Victoria University of Wellington in New Zealand.

According to Argus Global’s website, “iTrak automates and integrates your physical security information management reporting needs.”

The software enables users to perform a wide range of transactions required by security, surveillance and risk management departments, including daily log reporting, incident reporting and management, advanced biometrics including facial recognition and license plate recognition, subject profiling, the ability to provide complete investigations management and reporting, interview management, risk analysis and assessment, personnel management, briefing log entries, and many optional modules to expand functionality.

“Once we had diligently evaluated available options, we chose iTrak as our new incident management system due to its user friendly interface and proactive security driven modules,” said Macquarie campus security manager John Dubridge.

Argus Global provides a range of biometric solutions that reduces risk, increases efficiency and improves information management for all different types of businesses.
