Announcement posted by de2 Communications 17 Jul 2014

Leading forex broker expands partnership to provide forex traders with new technical analysis tools
SYDNEY – July 17, 2014OANDA, a global provider of innovative forex and Contracts For Difference (CFD) trading services, is pleased to introduce two new technical analysis features to its clients via the broker’s partnership with Autochartist: Correlating Signals and Our Favorites.

A joint product development between the two companies and exclusive to OANDA fxTrade clients, through the Correlating Signals feature investors can receive e-mail notifications flagging trading opportunities when support/resistance levels coincide with chart pattern projections.

“At OANDA we pride ourselves on delivering tools that enable our clients to improve their trading strategies and we’re excited to add an exclusive indicator like Correlating Signals to their arsenals,” said Trevor Young, Vice President of Product Management, OANDA Corporation. “The OANDA partner program is a key method through which we continuously innovate, and our work with Autochartist helps us provide powerful, advanced technical analysis tools to retail FX traders.”

Another addition to the award-winning fxTrade platform is Autochartist’s Our Favorites. The product provides users with potential trading opportunities with the highest probability of hitting the forecast price. Each opportunity is evaluated against past performance with respect to the pattern type, the instrument and the time of day it was identified.

“Our software scans more than 10,000 market data points per minute to identify price trends and chart patterns for traders, and incorporating Correlating Signals is a direct result of OANDA client feedback,” said Ilan Azbel, President and CEO, Autochartist. “Thousands of OANDA’s clients have included Autochartist offerings into their trading day, and we will continue to deliver these innovative joint-development solutions that help clients trade smarter.”

OANDA Technical Analysis is available free to all OANDA trading clients. fxTrade Practice account users will have access for a limited time (analysis in the demo environment is delayed by five candlesticks).
