UXC Red Rock Consulting strengthens Asset-Lifecycle Management capabilities and expands into Southeast Asia

SYDNEY, Australia – September 30, 2014 - UXC Red Rock Consulting (UXC Red Rock), a wholly owned subsidiary of UXC Limited, has today announced its acquisition of Convergence Team Ltd, a global leader in Asset-Lifecycle Management (ALM) solutions. The acquisition will strengthen UXC Red Rock’s ability to deliver solutions for asset intensive industries such as construction, utilities, mining and manufacturing; expand its footprint into Southeast Asia; and reinforce its position as a leading Oracle partner in Asia Pacific.

Over the past four years UXC Red Rock has experienced considerable growth, doubling in size and revenues. It currently employees more than 600 consultants and has 11 offices across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore and India. UXC Red Rock will fold the Convergence Team business into its existing Consulting Practice, extending its capability to cover a greater breadth of Oracle Applications as well as increase its focus on asset-intensive industries. The team will be led by Stuart MacDonald, Industry Director - ALM.
