It’s not everyday does one come across a multinational company actually living up to its promises. The CEO of the agency had promised that there would be no holidays at Teks, and the company indeed lived up to that claim.
In a press meet conducted on Monday, a senior app development expert informed us that the overall working hours had been divided into shifts, on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th of October. Leaves had been granted to a limited number of employees - and that too only when valid reasons were provided. Since the developers and designers could choose their convenient shifts on these three days, there was plenty of leisure-time in any case!

Since the work-schedule at the India office was divided into shifts, Android and iPhone app developers from Australia took on additional responsibilities - to avoid delays in projects.
