On Friday October 24th, 2014 the Auscontact Association National Awards were held in Melbourne, the awards are recognised within the Australian contact centre industry as being the pre-eminent awards program. The program identifies the top performers across 13 different categories, with CallActive winning the prestigious ‘BPO/Outsourcer of the Year’ award.

Family owned and employing up to 400 people in their East Bentleigh call centre, CallActive have been an advocate of keeping call centre jobs in Australia as opposed to offshoring, as they believe the benefits derived from great customer service outweigh the cost reductions and associated drop in service levels achieved with offshoring.
