Studio Proper launches its first Bluetooth speaker

Announcement posted by Bradford Public Relations 12 Nov 2014

AUSTRALIA, NOVEMBER 12, 2014: Melbourne technology design house Studio Proper has launched its first Bluetooth wall mountable speaker system, the PA2.

Launched initially through a Kickstarter on November 10, the PA2 will surpass other wireless speakers in terms of design, function, sound quality and reproduction and price.

The PA2 will cost AUD$120 (ex-GST) RRP, but is available for early pledgers on Kickstarter for $89.

The new model is the latest generation of Studio Proper’s PA series, the first of which was floated as a concept in mid-2013.

Studio Proper director Alon Tamir said the original campaign was refocused following a huge amount of potential customer feedback.

“Studio Proper set out to design the best Bluetooth speaker for iPhone lovers,” Mr Tamir said.

“Our first model, the PA1, was great but we realised there was more we could offer our customers so we started taking on board the feedback to produce an ever better product,” he said.

“We’ve translated the feedback from the PA1 and transformed it into a new, functional and beautifully designed product tailored to our customers’ needs.

“The PA2 looks great, sounds fantastic and is so competitively priced we believe some major audio and accessories brands will be looking to us to uncover our ‘secret ingredients’.

“Studio Proper is always committed to providing our customers with true value,” Tamir said.

The PA2 is now slimmer and lighter than its predecessor and boasts a long list of new features such as greater portability and improved sound quality.

“Our customers are busy, social people, so portability was a key factor in the design,” Tamir said.

“The PA2 has an all day battery plus an inbuilt speaker phone which makes it a great on-the-go option. You can listen to music or take calls from almost anywhere.”

The speaker also features Studio Proper’s trademark X-Lock removable mounting system, consistent with the company’s range of iPhone accessories.
