QLD R&D partnerships trailblazing with laser technology

Announcement posted by Accrutus Capital Management Pty Ltd 13 Nov 2014

International networks secured to manufacture and distribute high-tech products to revolutionise the defence, aerospace, mining and motor industries.

21 Century Products Limited, a central QLD company which was recently awarded with a Skills & Knowledge grant by the Australian Commonwealth Department of Industry in June 2014, has made significant advancements in securing international markets for its high-tech innovations produced from the Australian Institute of High Energetic Materials, the R&D arm of the company.

Prof. Colin Scanes as director of the company, and ex-Vice Chancellor for Research and Economic Development of the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee, proudly announces that, “IP Australia has issued a provisional patent (No 2014903628) to our own Advanced Aerospace Laser Technology. Aerospace civilian and military laboratories, car manufacturers, yachts and sport cars racers, civil engineers, and the designers of ships, submarines, rockets and torpedos, are potential users of a new technology.”

The company has signed a Manufacturing Agreement with a specialised European laser company to manufacture 5,000 laser units at an approximate EXW cost of $5,000 per unit; and has also signed a Distributorship Agreements with American, European and Indian companies for distribution of 2,250 laser units.  The company received an order to deliver the first 300 laser units to Denver, Colorado by March 2015.  The wholesale price of one laser unit is negotiated at $36,000 (sale taxes excluded).  The expected profit to our company from the first order of 300 laser units exceeds $9,000,000.

Prof. Scanes says the company will soon appoint a CEO with extensive corporate experience to fully exploit the commercial viability of its high-tech innovations, and secure world-wide markets to return exceptional returns for investors.  21 Century Products Limited is currently listed via a retail offer on the Australian Small Scale Offering Board (visit www.assob.com.au/hem) to help fund its initial push into international markets.

Prof. Scanes says, “Our American partners are particularly interested in utilising our laser technology in defence industry applications. They are also looking forward to receiving the blue prints of an apparatus for creation of plasma zones of high velocity and pressure, which allows a relatively soft cracking the underground rock beds.  This system is of interest to oil and gas industry, because it has the potential to replace the existing “dirty” techniques for extraction of coal seam gas and to prolong the exploitation time of the existing wells.  The IP rights over this method belong to our company”.
