Teknowledge Software Makes A Comeback On Behance

Announcement posted by Teknowledge software 27 Nov 2014

After sharing the ‘Talk Nah’ app on Behance two months back, Teknowledge has marked a return on this platform with ‘Doo’l’, an innovative social networking application.

After a brief hiatus, Teknowledge Software, a top-rated mobile app company in South Asia, has resumed promotions on the Behance platform. Last week, it showcased an upcoming project - Doo’l - on Behance. This was the first entry done by the company on the platform in over two months.

Speaking exclusively on behalf of Teknowledge Software, company CEO Hussain Fakhruddin reiterated the importance of present-day companies to showcase their offerings online to prospective clients and partners - via as many popular channels as possible. This was, in fact, the precise reason why this Android/iPhone app development company started to publish its apps on the platform. The journey of Teknowledge on Behance started in the first quarter of 2014, and Mr. Fakhruddin opined that this presence did help his company to grab additional eyeballs.

Naturally, the next question was regarding the reason of the two-month long ‘no activity’ period (the last app that Teknowledge had shared on Behance was ‘Talk Nah’). Mr. Fakhruddin informed us that the company had been focusing more on consolidating its presence on Facebook, and growing its network on Google Plus, in the last quarter. Yet another reason had been the 60%+ growth in requests for free app quotes (Teknowledge managed to bag nearly all of these projects) over the last 90 days. There was hardly any free time for the mobile app developers and online marketers at Teks to concentrate on Behance. It was deemed better to put that platform on hold, rather than simply publish hurriedly created app illustrations on it.

Now that the mobile application development agency is back on Behance, Mr. Fakhruddin has ruled out possibilities of further ‘no-shows’ in future. On an average, two new projects will be uploaded on the platform - and a four-member team has been assigned with this responsibility. Doo’l - a picture-based social networking app which is currently in the testing phase - was uploaded by the company last Friday. Other new apps from Teknowledge, like Sting, iChatty and myBabySitter, are also in the pipeline to appear on Behance soon.

The CEO of Teknowledge Mobile Studio is determined to give the Behance portfolio of his company a more professional edge this time round. Each week, some time will set aside to look for well-designed curated galleries on Behance, which would be worth following. The senior developers are extremely eager to share their work, and receive feedback, from other UI/UX designers, graphic artists and illustrators present on the platform.

According to Mr. Hussain Fakhruddin, a strong presence on Behance will help Teknowledge in two key ways. Firstly, of course, the work of the in-house mobile app designers would get greater exposure, and the company would be able to gradually build the interest levels of people about its latest apps. The second reason is more interesting: Mr. Fakhruddin feels that there is a lot of scope to learn new and interesting design tricks and techniques by following other artists and graphic designers. For coming up with engaging UI/UX designs for each app, fresh ideas are important - and Behance might very well be a great source for that.

When Teknowledge had started sharing its project details on Behance, the latter was considered to be an ‘artists-only’ platform. Nearly a year later, the trend has really caught on among tech firms, with many other mobile app companies also starting to showcase their work on the platform. Mr. Fakhruddin’s company had always been about innovations, and creating a strong viewership on Behance was certainly a novel idea. It’s a good thing that Teknowledge is now back on it.

It will be fun watching what new apps the company decides to publish on Behance - in what is its ‘second innings’ on the platform.
