Developer of land estates offering land packages in Perth reveals plans for a new land estate in Landsdale.
Perth, WA, 3 December 2014 - 4Land Property Group is a successful developer of land estates in various Perth suburbs. They offer affordable property in family-friendly locations that they have determined to be the most likely to experience long-term capital growth. Recently, they announced another new land estate, Pafumi Rise in Landsdale.

Pafumi Rise will eventually consist of 58 lifestyle blocks that are zoned R20, which requires a minimum block size of 450sqm. The blocks at Pafumi Rise are 450sqm or larger. Landsdale, located within the City of Wanneroo and in close proximity to Joondalup, is becoming a high-demand suburb for a number of reasons. As the inner ring of suburbs becomes increasingly expensive, middle and outer ring suburbs become the hottest properties.

Landsdale is 26km from the Perth CBD. It is located near the Mitchell Freeway, providing easy access to the CBD. In addition, various train stations are close by for people who would rather commute by train.
