House and Land Packages Disappearing Fast in Pearsall

Successful developer of house and land packages releases six large lifestyle blocks in Pearsall, a fast-growing Perth suburb.
Perth, WA, 05 December 2014 - The northern suburbs, especially those closer to the ocean, have become extremely popular in the last few years. Our builder partners have a lot of designs available or the homebuyer can create their own design.”

Maybe we have just been fortunate, but our estates all seem to have a strong sense of community. Newcomers are usually welcomed with open arms by friendly neighbours. Children tend to socialise a lot within their neighbourhoods, too.”
