The award winning Carlisle Wine Bar has joined a long list of premier hospitality venues sold by Melbourne hotel agents Connolly Hospitality.
Dec. 10, 2014 - FRANKSTON, Australia -- As its name indicates, Carlisle Wine Bar is located on Carlisle Street in Balaclava – just a short walk from Balaclava train station. The popular venue – established in 2002 – has recently changed hands. The new operators entered negotiations with Melbourne hotel agents Connolly Hospitality in August – the business subsequently changing hands on Monday 10th of November.
The excited new operators, Rob Stevenson and Jeff Lancaster plan to carry on Carlisle Wine Bar’s impressive legacy; adding a touch of their own flare and creativity with additions to the menu reflecting their attitude to food – honest, simple and generous cuisine.
