Is Landsdale the Next "Hot" Suburb?

Developer of house and land packages in Perth announces new land estate in Landsdale.
Perth, WA, 5 February 2015 - On 14-15 February 2015, 4Land Property Group will formally launch their newest land estate in the Perth area, Pafumi Rise in Landsdale. Landsdale is becoming a “hot” suburb due to the current progress of Perth’s property cycle. Traditionally, in any capital city, the CBD fills first, followed by the inner ring of suburbs.

Landsdale could be considered a middle ring suburb, located within the City of Wanneroo, just 25 km from the CBD. Not only is Landsdale close to the CBD, but it has access to ample infrastructure due to its location within Wanneroo.
