Independent commercial real estate agency PRO Commercial has sold 467 Golden Four Drive, Tugun. Made up of seven tenancies on one title, the freehold investment is one of the largest sales yet for the agency.
The property included three fully leased residential units as well as four retails shops (Domino's Pizza, Tugun Bakery, Tugun Fruit and Flowers, and Tugun Noodles). Just seconds from the Gold Coast Highway and nearby well-known operators such as Foodworks, the Golden Four Drive investment garnered a lot of attention before being sold to an interstate buyer.
It was listed for $2,250,000 + GST if applicable.
