Sage HandiSoft introduces Client Portal to reduce administrative downtime for accountants and their clients

Integrated document management portal syncs with HandiSoft Document Manager to increase file management efficiency
SYDNEY, 24 FEB 2015 – Sage HandiSoft, the leading practice management solution provider servicing over 7,500 accountants, today unveiled its new Client Portal module, which enables users to securely share, exchange and digitally approve client files online.

Accountants can easily brand and personalise the Client Portal to suit their end clients. As the portal integrates with HandiSoft Document Manager, accountants can create folders for their individual clients in order to share and exchange files such as accounting data, tax returns and financial statements in a highly secure, encrypted environment. These files can be easily uploaded or downloaded by relevant parties, providing real time accessibility. Users can view all documents that have been created, approved and those that still require further action, and clients have the ability to digitally sign off documents. Additionally, automatic email notifications are provided when files are uploaded or sent.
