Think Tank Coffee First Time Success at Golden Bean Roaster Competition

Australia’s exclusive distributor and wholesaler of Ninety Plus coffees, Craig Simon’s Think Tank Coffee, won a gold and three silver medals in its first ever participation in the weekend’s Compak Golden Bean Roaster Competition in Port Macquarie.

Think Tank’s final medal tally was:

Silver medal in the Milk Based category for the newly created Think Tank Coffee Seasonal Blend
Silver medal in the Single Origin Coffee category for the Ninety Plus Perci
Silver medal in the Espresso category for the Ninety Plus Lycello
Gold medal in the Espresso category for the Ninety Plus Perci

Craig Simon was very proud and humbled at the announcement of Think Tank Coffee as Best Overall –Runner Up.

Think Tank works closely with Ninety Plus, a producer of limited quantities of the world's most exquisite coffees, known for their innovation in taste profiles.

In a world first, Craig Simon used a Ninety Plus Panama Estates coffee with a processing method he developed himself for this year's Australian and World Barista Championships.
