FACULTY Magazine: Promoting Education Undergraduates

Brisbane, Qld, March 21, 2015– FACULTY: The online magazine for Australian educators, is creating excellent opportunities for education undergraduate students to promote themselves within the Australian education community.

Undergraduate Education student from the Queensland University of Queensland, Laura Leggett, is a regular contributor to the magazine and has this to say on the magazine and her contributions.

Being able to write for Faculty Magazine gives me a platform on which to showcase my writing skills and passion for education. Reading what other students consider to be relevant also gives me a detailed insight into where education is heading in the future, as we are the future of education.

The magazine is now its second year and has a core aim to give Education and Early Childhood undergraduate students a voice in the community that is often underrepresented in both research and contribution to pedagogy.

As the creator of FACULTY and, an undergraduate student myself, I have noticed that students works in research, ideas and professional practice is significantly underrepresented in the educational community. So far I can personally account for the exposure the magazine has provided myself and other undergraduates in both vocational and academic contexts (Nathan Watts, Founder & Director of FACULTY)

FACULTY is due to launch its next issue on Friday 27^th of March 2015 and continues to promote the undergraduate students through all its social media platforms and contacts to promote the students to aid them in their vocational and academic pursuits.
