OK Wearables has negotiated to acquire InnovativePTV’s (IPTV) delivery and content technology and business.
OK Smart Wearables (www.ok-wearables.com) has finalized a deal with InnovativePTV (Innovative Protocol Television) ( www.waynakTV.com.au ), ( www.ellastv.com.au ) and (www.innptv.com.au ) to acquire their IPTV business. InnovativePTV is one of Australia’s oldest Independent IPTV businesses that focuses on the ethnic and multicultural groups.
OK Wearables sees great growth in this content sector and intends to use the InnovativePTV technical backbone and business to distribute other services that suit their OK consumers interested in sports, trades/DIY, education, training, weather, farming, outback, indigenous, theatre/arts, gaming and localised channels to support all local communities. OK Wearables wants to increase its content delivery so every OK Wearables device has interesting ongoing content services to maintain use and interest.
Currently InnovativePTV brings the ethnic community the entertainment and the culture that they miss whilst they live their lives abroad.
