Credit Specialist bolsters NSW Distribution team

Credit specialist La Trobe Financial announces key appointment to its NSW sales team.
With over 20 years’ experience in financial services, Ben Flood has been appointed to La Trobe Financial’s NSW Distribution team based in Sydney. Mr Flood brings a wealth of experience, knowledge and extensive credit and commercial lending expertise having previously worked for some of Australia’s major banks and non-bank financial institutions. Mr Flood is well known in the industry for his ability to find solutions for clients, his in-depth knowledge of the market and his ability to achieve timely positive outcomes.
Mr Flood’s business development, marketing and sales skills are key attributes to his appointment. He also has a strong relationship background with the broker and aggregator channel and has played a pivotal role to increase business performance and deliver first class service.
Mr Flood will report to La Trobe Financial’s Head of Distribution, Mr Cory Bannister. Mr Bannister stated, “in line with the company’s strategic expansion in the NSW market, Mr Flood will make a significant contribution to the team, because of his strong credit and commercial background and market knowledge. The addition of Mr Flood further strengthens our experienced Distribution team in NSW now totalling 3 experienced individuals.”
Commenting on the appointment, La Trobe Financial’s Head of the Sydney Office, Mr Martin Barry said, “it is great to welcome Mr Flood to our team and see such quality growth in our Sydney office.
