Cargo Lane Unveils New Range of Natural Stoneware

Cargo Lane, Bellingen has unveiled its new collection of natural stone bathroom and homeware products imported directly from Indonesia.

The new range includes stunning natural stone basins hand carved from large granite river rocks.  Each hand basin has been individually selected for it’s organic characteristics and quality.  The exterior of the bowl retains the natural, unrefined rough rock finish whilst the interior has been hollowed out and highly polished for a smooth, easy clean finish.  The basins have been designed as countertop basin or bench mounted sinks for easy installation and to highlight the organic exterior of the rock.

Cargo Lane owner, Simon Wagg, said they tested the natural stone range in a trial shipment earlier this year.

“We were pretty sure our customers would love these unique basins, so on our last buying trip to Indonesia we purchased a limited amount for our January container.  They were so popular – we sold out within the first 2 weeks.  In our latest shipment we have a lot more and we already have a number of special orders” Simon said.

The Stoneware range also includes a variety of matching river rock and natural stone bathroom accessories and homewares such as candle holders, soap dishes and water bowls.

The range is available to buy online or is available to view in store at The Old Butter Factory, Doepel Street Bellingen near Coffs Harbour.
