Catchi appoints highly experienced Digital Strategist Michaela Aguilar as General Manager to head up Catchi Australia

Announcement posted by Catchi 04 May 2015

Today Catchi Limited announced the appointment of the highly experienced Digital Strategist Michaela Aguilar, to lead the way and introduce Catchi’s offering into the Australian market.

New Zealand based Website Conversion Optimisation firm Catchi has just taken a big step in their expansion strategy by opening an office in Sydney, Australia. The Australian market is a very attractive one for Catchi to move into due to its much larger scale and opportunity to add value. Attracting Michaela Aguilar for the crucial role of General Manager further strengthens Catchi’s leading position in the rapid growing Conversion Rate Optimisation industry in Australasia and enables them to service clients better and more efficiently.

“Over the last 3 years we have built an excellent track record here in New Zealand with medium to large size clients such as Air New Zealand, IAG, ANZ, Lotto NZ, NZTE, Spaceships and AA. We are excited to now expand our market into Australia and offer our CRO Consultancy there on a larger scale. We feel very fortunate to team up with someone as high caliber as Michaela who has a tremendous track record and is very aligned with our team in terms of vision, client quality focus and professional acumen. She is the perfect person to guide our Australian journey to success”, says Managing Director Cornelius Boertjens.

GM Michaela Aguilar says “Digital moves at a rapid pace, user expectations are ever growing. There is no consumer brand loyalty and users are fickle and impatient. If they are not happy they post it on social media and you have to deal with problems publically.

It is essential for businesses to act NOW and convert leads into sales, create advocates, fix inconsistencies in the user journey across devices and channels and by doing so address revenue leaks. Mobile and customer identity management are the key to success, desktop is on the way out. There is no end to complexity in sight.

Catchi is technology agnostic and leads the way by helping businesses to identify gaps in the user journey, across channels and devices. What sets us apart is our integrity and commitment to work with the capability a business has available now to fix the immediate problems and plan in parallel to achieve medium and long term goals which are aligned with the way the market is moving.“
