Demand for mobility powers sales of ‘Enprise Anywhere’

Enprise Software releases mobile extension of its popular flagship add-on module, Enprise Job

26 June 2015, Auckland, New Zealand. Enprise Software – part of Enprise Group – has signed customers in North America for a new mobile extension of its popular job costing product developed for SAP Business One.

‘Enprise Anywhere’ is a mobile extension of Enprise Software’s flagship product, Enprise Job, a job costing module used by hundreds of SAP Business One sites worldwide. Advance orders for the new mobile product have been strong because businesses with mobile workforces tend to struggle to manage details of jobs in a timely and cost-effective manager, says Enprise Group CEO Mark Loveys.

“Enprise Anywhere solves this problem by allowing staff to access and update job data while out in the field, using a tablet, smartphone or laptop computer,” he says.

“Businesses are calling for mobile access to job costing because their experience is that profitable growth requires tight and timely integration between accounting and job management systems. Enprise Anywhere can facilitate integrated real time reporting by enabling data capture in real time.”

Enprise Group is a public company that listed on New Zealand's NZAX exchange in December last year. The Group operates through three divisions – Enprise Solutions, Enprise Software and Datagate Innovation Ltd.

Enprise Software specialises in developing solutions that extend the SAP Business One platform. Mark Loveys says Enprise Software currently delivers around ten percent of annual revenues and represents a significant global growth opportunity for Enprise Group.

“Job costing in particular has proven to be a highly successful development niche for Enprise Software,” he says.

“Enprise Anywhere has the potential to work across other ERP platforms in addition to SAP Business One. These include MYOB EXO, MYOB Advanced and Accumatica ERP systems. We are now extending development to reach out to these customer bases, adding them to our current SAP Business One user market. We are offering the product on a subscription license basis so that we build a base of recurring revenue to fund on-going development of the product.”

Enprise Software’s global base of customers and its industry awards for excellence demonstrate that Enprise has won the confidence of markets around the world, Mark Loveys says.

“We’ve had customers tell us the reason they chose SAP Business One was to enable them to implement Enprise’s job costing functionality. They use it as a window on their entire operation. Empowering the mobile work force is a big trend in IT and the strong advance demand for Enprise Anywhere reflects this.”

The first North American sale of Enprise Anywhere is to a fire protection company. The customer’s mobile consultants provide a single point of contact for every fire protection need including extinguishers, sprinkler systems, alarms, security cameras, commercial kitchen systems and services, marine systems and more. With a mix of one-off projects and ongoing service contracts accessed by mobile staff, this customer is a prime example of the kind of business Enprise Anywhere was designed for, says Mark Loveys.

“Getting visibility of costs vs budget and profitability during projects in real-time is especially attractive for businesses that deal in professional services, equipment servicing, make-to-order manufacturing and project-based contracting businesses. These broad vertical markets form the bulk of our buyers.”

Enprise Software has so far developed a total of nine add-on modules for SAP Business One. All have a global installed base, represented by a worldwide network of specialist resellers.
