Subscription Pricing made simple

We’ve received some awesome suggestions over the past few months on ways we can improve our existing pricing structure. We’ve listened to your feedback and have come up with a simpler, less expensive pricing structure, which we think you’ll love! 

You’ll no longer have to pay for a subscription that limits the number of businesses, locations, and service providers that you can add to your account, nor limit the features you have access to. Instead, you’ll only pay for what you need (that is, you and any additional active team members) and you will have access to all of our current and upcoming features.

As before, your subscription is still billed in your country’s currency. Our new pricing structure means that you will now be billed in arrears based on you and the number of additional active team members added to your account during your last billing cycle.

We still offer a free option, which now grants you up to 10 customers. If you plan to use Mystro for free, you will now also have access to all of our features, including connecting a payment gateway to accept payments online!

What is an active team member?

An active team member is an additional Service Provider or User added to your account who’s status is set as ‘active’ within your account for more than 1 hour during your monthly billing cycle. This could be a therapist, practitioner, receptionist, scheduler, etc. If a team member’s status is set as ‘inactive’ during your monthly billing cycle and has not been active for more than 1 hour, you won’t be billed for that team member at the end of your billing cycle!
