Australian Factoring Company acquires Bendigo Bank panel shop factoring portfolio

Australian Factoring Company, Australia’s largest Panel Shop Factoring Company, today announced that it had acquired Bendigo and Adelaide Bank’s panel shop factoring portfolio.
Australian Factoring Company’s core niche is the provision of a comprehensive suite of invoice based cash flow solutions designed specifically for the smash repair industry. Australian Factoring Company (AFC) director Rael Ross said “these competencies would be a boon to the industry Australia-wide”.
Mr Ross noted that “there is increasing demand for the AFC style of business, indeed as there should be for any market sector, namely – service, reliability, and integrity. It is important that we can provide all our panel shop businesses with flexibility and support to grow their panel shops, with the common constraint of cash flow finance resolved”.
Co-director Walter Rapoport, said that “AFC had made significant investments in its business, in its people, its IT systems and, equally importantly, in its product offering, all of which have resulted in a very competitive pricing model for the company”.
