Preceda 14 puts employees and managers central by introducing an extensive list of new features focused on an enhanced user experience, improvements in system responsiveness and data entry speed, and out-of-the-box integration with HR ticketing systems and cloud-based HR solutions. 3. Certified Packaged Integration of Preceda’s market-leading payroll engine with Workday and SuccessFactors via NGA’s Payroll Exchange platform.

4. Direct access to NGA’s support ticketing system (myHRW) in Preceda AskHR, enabling extensive user support beyond employee and manager self-service

5.  Updates to the Leave Planner module including visibility of leave for peers

6. An ongoing focus upon Security Best Practice with further refinements and security related enhancements.
